We had high hopes for our family celebration at this hotel, but it was quite disappointing. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view, but they were not cleaned when we arrived, and the service left much to be desired. Waiting an hour and a half for our room to be ready, with poorly managed staffing, was frustrating. Additionally, the minimal amenities provided made our stay uncomfortable, especially for a larger group. If you decide to stay here, prepare to bring your own toiletries and towels.
